2.       The Bansal Electronics, SCO 21, Main Market, Panchkula Sector 11,         Panchkula – 134117, (Samsung Authorized Dealer).

3.       The Samsung Service centre, Plot no. 160, back side Power Colony,          Harmilap Nagar Baltana, Phase 1, Baltana.

Present:-      Sh. Shubham Saroha, Advocate, for the Complainant.    

                    Ms. Jyoti Rani, Advocate, for the OP No. 1.

                   None for OP No. 2 (defence struck off vide order dated 20.07.2021)

                   OP No. 3 already given up vide order dated 17.02.2021.        

 

                   Today, the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled with the OPs, in accordance with the statements made by the parties before the Commission on 13.10.2023; hence, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the Complainant, being fully satisfied.                                 

                   Heard. In view of the statement by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
