This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of Upobhokta Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.
The complainant and the Ops are found ready.
Heard and considered submission of both sides.
As per submission of the complainant of this case he has paid Rs.80,000/- to the opposite party Bank authority in respect of the settlement of the disputes and OP bank authority has also received the said amount and issued “No Dues Certificate”. Relating to the submission of complainant Ld. Advocate for the OP bank authority is not raising any objection.
All these factors are going to show that this case has been settled in between the parties for which complainant is going to withdraw this case.
In respect of this point of contention the complainant has filed a petition and the copy of “No Dues Certificate.”
As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled between the parties, Ld. Judges of this Lok Adalat is not standing on the way of the parties in the matter of reaching their settlement.
In the result, it is accordingly,
Ordered
That this C.C.Case no.179/2022 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn amicably by the complainant.
Let a copy of this order be handed over to the parties at free of cost.
