                   Today  is fixed for filing W.O. by the Op. taken no steps. Complainant files a petition praying for dispose of the case on the ground that the matter has been settled by and between the parties outside the Court and the complainant has received to the total amount of money i.e. Rs.41,948/- (Forty one thousand nine hundred forty eight) only from the Op. with full and satisfaction. So, the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case.
