The complainant is present the Ops also present the Op has issued duplicate certificate No.0598656 dtd.21.05.2015 and complainant has accepted the same and filed a memo duplicate voter ID and photo she has acknowledge the duplicate certificate in view of the complainant given by him. The petitioner is without making any award of cost or compensations prayed to drop the case in the interest of justice.
