ORDER Judgment pronounced today. ORDER 1)     Complaint is partly allowed. 2)     The O.P. is directed to restore the outgoing service on the mobile No.9987511522 of the complainant immediately within a period of seven days from the receipt of copy of this order or to permit, if the customer wishes to avail services of other providers using the same number i.e.9987511522.   3)     The O.P. is also directed to pay Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand Only) to the complainant towards compensation for mental agony. 4)     The O.P. is further directed to pay Rs.2,000/- (Rs.Two Thousand Only) to the complainant towards cost of this proceeding. 5)     The order under clause No.3 and 4 shall be complied with within a period of one month from today. 6)     Copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
