ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

 

     This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to pay a sum of Rs.82,000/- towards the present value of the articles like Jean pants, Jackets, costly branded dress, perfumes, other ladies costumes etc kept inside the missing baggage to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- towards compensation for continuous mental agony, mental cruelty, untold hardship, melancholy on account of their lose of sentimental attachment baggage due to negligence and deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties with cost of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant.

The complainant’s Counsel made an endorsement.   In view of the endorsement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
