Heard counsel for complainant.Orders Pronounced.Vide separate orders.In the result the complaint is allowed and the O.P’s are directed to deposit the assured amount of Rs.143003-00 with interest at 9 ppa from 11.08.20111 to till the payment made.Teh O.P’s also liable to pay compensation of Rs.15000-00 towards mental agony for deficiency of service and costs of Rs.3000-00.In the event of amount being deposited the mother of the guardian is permitted to with draw RS.20000-00 and balance amount shall be kept in any Nationalized bank in the name of the case,for the benefit of minor complainant untill further orders.
