It appears that the case is at the stage of admission hearing, but on the order dated 22.11.2023 it has been inadvertently typed as hearing argument instead of admission hearing. Parties are to act accordingly.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.  Necessary document has not been furnished by the complainant.  It appears that the Consumer Complaint was filed by the complainant on 03.11.2023, fixing 22.11.2023 for admission hearing.  The complainant prayed for time on that also for furnishing original documents.  The complainant fails to furnish necessary document even today and as such we are not inclined to admit the Consumer Complaint for not furnishing necessary document and rejected accordingly.

However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh along with cogent document on the same cause of action if so advised, and if not, otherwise barred by law.
