The case is taken up for Admission hearing.

Perused the petition of complaint and annexures therewith as filed by the complainants  U/s 35 of  CP Act, 2019.

On a close scrutiny of the facts and circumstances of this case as well as documents filed by the complainants, it appears to this commission that though the complainants claimed themselves as  intending purchaser of the subject flat as mentioned in the petition of complaint but there is no agreement between the parties or no allotment letter is there.

Under such circumstances, this commission is not convinced with the claim of the complainants. So, this petition of complaint cannot be admitted and is considered and rejected.
