                 While hearing this case it has come to us that the complainant has already received her claim lying with the Op-Insurance Company and as such there is no bona fide  ground for keeping this proceeding against the Op-Insurance Company. As a result, the case should be disposed of accordingly.

                                                  that the case be and the same is allowed on contest without cost.
