This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 to 4 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- towards compensation for suffering, mental agony, deficiency in service, negligence and unfair trade practice, a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards cost of lawyer’s notice with cost of proceedings to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the averments in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
