This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to apologize for all the inconvenience caused to the complainant, to refund a sum of Rs.42,755/- with applicable interest and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards mental agony with cost of Rs.2,000/- to the complainant.

 

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 3^rd opposite party is not filed for a long time to prove the contentions raised in the complaint and written version.  The complainant and Counsel also called absent.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
