Both parties have filed a joint memo which is signed by the respective parties and their advocates.  In the joint memo, Op as stated in lieu of site No.1300 of Srigandada Kavalu measuring 30’ X 40’ has agreed to allot site No.2291-B of the same layout measuring 30’ X 40’ in favour of the complainant and has submitted for allowing the complaint accordingly.   Complainant and his advocate for Op are present, agreed to have signed to the joint memo and for allotment of site No.2291-B of Srigandada Kavalu measuring 30’ X 40’ in lieu of the earlier site allotted and to get the sale deed registered in his name at his cost and submitted for allowing the complaint accordingly. 

              In view of the joint memo filed, we pass the following order.

                                 O R D E R

              Complaint is allowed in terms of the joint memo filed by both parties.

              Op shall allot site No.2291-B of Srigandada Kavalu measuring 30’ X 40’ in favour of the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order and execute title deed in his favour on the complainant meeting the legal expenditure of registration and put him in possession of the same.

              Under the circumstances of the case, both parties to bear their own cost.
