A petition has been filed by the Opp stating theirin that Opp has obtained the survey report of the concerned holding in the present case according to which three phase electricity power is already being supply in the flat in question and five such meters are already installed by the flat owners . Meter is in the name of Mithilesh Devi and consumers are using the electricity thus this case cannot proceed further which is for installation of electricity in the house of complainant in which electricity is already being supplied. So this case is liable to be dismissed. 

              Learned lawyer for the complainant was informed on telephone to attend this case but advocate answered he is not willing to proceed further in this case. There is no pairvee on behalf of complainant which shows that complainant is not interested in this case at all.

            Not only that a positive information has been given by the Opp that electricity connection is already existing in the holding the concern.As such this case is dropped on the light prayer of Opp. Put up the case record in the record room.
