Today is fixed for admission hearing of this complaint.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant is present by filing hazira. The instant complaint is taken up for admission hearing.

On perusal of the complaint, it is observed that the complainant had purchased a car on 31st March 2018. As per the complaint, on the date of purchase she was misleaded by the dealer. However, since two years from the date of purchase has already been elapsed from the date of purchase and hence this complaint suffers on the point of limitation. No limitation petition has been filed by the complainant.

In view of all such, the complaint is hopelessly bared by law of limitation and the complaint be rejected as barred by limitation.

Hence, it is

O r d e r e d

that the instant Consumer Complaint being No. 116/2020 be and the same is dismissed being barred by limitation. There shall be no order as to costs.

Let plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost as per provisions of law.
