ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.P. shall pay jointly & severally insurance amount of Rs.3,360-00 to the complainant . The O.Ps. shall also pay interest at 8% p.a. on insurance amount from the date of petition till payment of entire amount. The O.Ps. shall pay Rs.500-00 towards the cost of the proceedings.
