ORDER The complaint is allowed in part. The O.Ps. shall pay to the complainant jointly & severally insurance claim amount of Rs.11,794-00 and also interest at 8% p.a. on the said amount from the date of petition till payment of entire amount. The O.Ps. shall pay Rs.500-00 towards cost of the proceedings.
