Today, the case is fixed for reporting of compromise. But, counsel for opposite parties No. 1 and 2 has suffered statement that he hereby offers on behalf of the opposite parties to settle the claim of the complainant at Rs.27,497/-, which will be paid within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order of this Hon'ble Commission. Learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement recorded separately that he has heard the statement of counsel for the opposite parties No. 1 and 2 and accepts the offer on behalf of the complainant to settle the claim of the complainant in the present complaint and the present complaint may kindly be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid statements of learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint stands disposed of. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
