ORDER

O R D E R Sri. Santhosh Kesavanath P., President. Heard the counsel for both sides. The counsel for the opposite party submitted that if the petitioner is approaching the opposite party bank by complying all the legal formalities they are ready to give further future instalments. So, we are of the opinion that on consideration of the above submission the petition is to be allowed. In the result the petition is allowed in part. The opposite party is ordered to release further instalments in favour of the petitioner and the other legal heirs of late K.P Narayanan Achari, if any, upon execution of necessary security documents and by complying all the legal formalities of the opposite party bank. Considering the facts and -2- circumstances of the case . No cost and compensation is ordered. Dictated by me transcribed by the Confidential Assistant, corrected by me and Pronounced in the Open Forum on this the 27th day of June, 2008.
