Quorum is not complete. Today, the case is fixed for making payment by the opposite parties to the complainant and the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that he has received Cheque No. 822781 dated 26.08.2021 amounting to Rs. 3,90,000/- of HDFC Bank favouring Gurvatan Singh-complainant from the learned counsel for the opposite parties, Sh. Brij Thakur as full and final payment of the claim of the complainant and accordingly, he withdraws the present complaint as fully satisfied.

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Photostat copy of cheque retained on file. File be consigned to the record room.
