ORDER The complaint is allowed in part as followed. The O.P.s are hereby directed  jointly & severaly to restore the internet facility to the WLL Telephone connecto No.GDT 299156 of complainant immediately. The O.P.s are directed to pay to the complainant jointly & severally compensation of Rs.5,000/- per month for the loss suffered  by him from Dec. 2004 till restoration of internet facility to the WLL telephone no.GDT 299156 of complainant. The O.Ps. are jointly & severally directed to extend the validity date of his subsriction for internet connection from the date of disconnection up to the date of restoring the internet connection. The O.Ps. are directed to pay to the complainant compensation of Rs.5,000/- for the hardship and mental agony caused to him and cost of Rs.500-00 in respect of this proceedings.
