The complainant is present. Today is fixed for acceptance of W/V filed by the OPs. but today the complainant has filed one petition praying for withdrawal of this complaint as dispute by and between the parties has been settled amicably out of the Court. For this reason the complainant is not inclined to proceed with this complaint further and prays for withdrawal of the complaint.

Upon careful consideration of the petition in our view that as the grievance of the complainant has duly been redressed by the OP out of Court and when the complainant is not interested to proceed further with this complaint, hence the consumer complaint being no- 464/2017 is hereby dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.
