          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to activate the internet package for Rs.199/- and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation.

        Steps not filed for impleading the New Company for long time.  The complainant and counsel also called absent for long time.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default.  No costs.
