The complainant is absent without step. The case was filed and registered on 16/03/18. But after registration of the case the complainant did not take any steps of notice to be served on the OP. Moreover from that day till to-day the complainant is remaining absent before the Commission in 25 dates fixed for S/R & W/S, which indicates his unwillingness to proceed with the case further. Under such circumstances the Commission has nothing to do, except dismissing the complainant’s case.

The case is thus dismissed for default of complainant. Keep the C/R with disposed case records.
