ORDER

We find there is no merit in this appeal and consequently we proceed to dismiss the same with costs of Rs. 10,000/- to be paid by the Complainant in all three appeals to the Consumer Welfare Fund. The said costs to be paid within a period of 30 days failing which the costs will be recovered as per law.
