Complainant in person appeared and submitted his case. After having heard and upon perusal of the material on record , we are of the view that the instant case cannot be entertained by this Forum since there is no whisper that the complainant pruchased the vehicle for his livelihood.
In view of the above, the complainant cannot be termed as consumer in respect of the definition ’consumer’ as per C.P. Act, 1986.
Hence, the complaint petition is rejected on the basis of aforesaid findings complainant is at liberty to agitate before the appropriate Forum on the self-same cause of action.
