Final Order / Judgement

The complainant and the O.P files hazira through Ld. Advocate. The authorized representative of the O.Ps is also present and the Ld. Advocate for the complainant is also present. Both the parties have filed a put up petition along with compromise petition and a letter for authorized representatives on 13.09.2021.

The case is taken up for hearing and order. The complainant Gobinda Mahato is examined, cross examined and discharged as P.W.1.

Heard the Ld. Advocates of both sides.

Perused the case record and the compromise petition as well as the evidence of P.W.1. It appears that the case has been ended in compromise out of the Commission in between the parties and the complainant has no further demand and allegations except the terms and conditions as mentioned in the compromise petition and he prayed for disposal of the case in terms and conditions of the compromise petition.

The compromise petition appears to be legal, proper and valid.

Hence it is accepted.
