Authorized Representative of the O.P. Nos. 1 and 2 is also present.

A petition is filed on behalf of the O.Ps stating that the O.Ps have already paid Rs.73,898/- to the complainant being the matured value of the Sahara M Benefit under Account No- 77874800291. The complainant put her signature acknowledging receipt of the amount of Rs.73,898/- from the O.Ps.

On behalf of the complainant his counsel also filed a petition stating that the matter in dispute between the complainant and the O.Ps has been settled and that the complainant is no longer interested in pursuing the case. 

We have heard both sides.

We are satisfied that the case has been settled outside the Forum to the satisfaction of both sides.

Accordingly the case is dropped.
