            Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant, acceptance of W.V. filed by O.P. No.1 and for filing W.V. by O.P. No. 2 positively.

Ld. Counsel for the O.P. No.1 and 2 files hazira respectively. No step taken by the complainant. None is present on behalf of the complainant on repeated calls. No show cause is filed by the complainant.

It is evident from the records that vide order No. 10, dated 10.07.2018, Complainant was directed to show cause as to why the complaint shall not be dismissed for non- prosecution. Today the complainant is also absent and no step is taken.

On perusal of record it appears that the complainant is absent and not taken any step since 03.05.2018 and on five consecutive dates he is without any step. Therefore, from the attitude of the complainant we are of the opinion that the complainant has lost interest to proceed with this complaint further.

            Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion that the complaint should be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 35/2018 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.

Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
