The matter has been amicably settled and compromised between the parties. The learned counsel for the OPs has made a statement by submitting that the OPs settles the matter with the complainant for Rs. 35,000/- as full and final settlement subject to the condition that the complainant will be bound to submit the original RC, from No. 28, 29 and 30, letter of subrogation, indemnity bond and KYC documents to the OPs and on completion of said formalities, the OPs shall make the payment of Rs. 35,000/- to the complainant. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the OPs, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and he will make all the formalities. Statements of both the parties have been reduced into writing separately.

2.            In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
