  2. Punjab National Bank, Behror, District Alwar, Through its Manager.
  3. State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur Chandigarh, through its Manager.

                                                            ORDER

 

                        The case is at preliminary stage.  The learned counsel for complainant has made statement that he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate Forum at Behror, District Alwar (Rajasthan). Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file fresh before the appropriate Forum, as permitted by law.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
