ORDER

THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to open car parking space as per agreement and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards unfair trade practice and to pay Rs.75,000/- for mental agony and to pay Rs.25,000/- as cost of the complaint.  

              The complainant appeared in person and made endorsement stating that “ This complaint may be withdrawn as not pressed” and filed Memo for the same relief which is recorded.   In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
