THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to refund a sum of Rs.7971/- with interest and also to pay Rs.4,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and deficiency of service and to pay cost of the complaint.

 

        Both counsels and complainant present and filed a Joint Compromise Memo which is recorded.   In view of the Joint Compromise Memo this complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.   Joint Compromise Memo form part of the decree.
