Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

This matter is taken up for consideration initially at 12:25 pm. and thereafter at 1:50 pm. The complainant has not taken any steps at the above noted time. No step has been taken in the matter of filing show cause. All these factors are clearly indicating that the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. So, this District Commission has no other way but to dismiss this case for non compliance of the order of the District Commission.

that this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to costs.
