The date is fixed today for payment of cost by the O.P No.1 to Complainant. Today the both Parties files compromise petition along with files memo of receipt of the LCD & files Voter Identity Card of Complainant in xerox. Perused the compromise petition of both Parties. Heard from both sides. The petition is allowed. As the matter has been settled amicably among the parties outside the Court & Complainant has received LCD TV from O.Ps, so he does not want to proceed the case further more.  In the above circumstances, the case of the Complainant is hereby withdrawn & disposed of accordingly.
