Neither the complainant nor his Ld. Advocate is found present on repeated calls.

Today is fixed for taking steps by the complainant as a last chance but complainant has not taken any steps even today.

It is now 12.10 P.M.

On scrutiny of the record we find that the complainant on 27/09/2022 submitted an affidavit, which has not been affirmed on oath.

Therefore, the Commission had been pleased to direct the complainant to file evidence in the form of affidavit in chief on 27/09/2022.

In spite of giving such opportunity, the complainant though several dates were fixed did not file any affidavit in chief along with relevant document.

It seems that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case any further.

Hence, it is

that the complaint case be and the same is dismissed without cost.
