Both the parties are present. Heard both the petition & memo dtd.29.04.23 filed by both the parties. It is submitted that the matter has been settled between both the parties outside the Commission and the Complainant/ Dhr has already received the D.D bearing No.518518, dtd. 21.04.23 amounting to Rs.1,90,000.00 from the Jdrs No.1 to 3 and to that effect xerox copy of D.D is produced. Hence, the Complainant/ Dhr has no claim against the Jdrs No.1 to 3. On the other hand, the Jdrs No.1 to 3 have also conceded the submissions of the Complainant/ Dhr to the effect that they have already paid the amount claimed by the Complainant/ Dhr.

                                         In the above facts and circumstances of the case, when the matter has already been come to an end between the parties, this Commission has nothing to proceed with the case, rather to drop the case.

                                         Accordingly, this present Misc. case is dropped. The case record need not be posted to 27.06.2023 as fixed earlier.
