The instant complaint is pending since 2012. From the case record it is evident that the case is at the stage of cross examination of OPWs. The Complainant remained absent since 2019. This Commission issued notice to the Complainant by post but the notice return back unserved with the remark on the body of the envelop ‘ Address not found’. There is enough evidence that the Complainant was duly notified. This Commission is hereby dismissed the case with no direction to the parties.
