ORDER NO 16. dt. 18.11.2016

                 Case record is put up through a petition by the petitioner/complainant.  Petitioner also filed one petition for withdrawal of the case after serving copies to the O.Ps. and Ld. Advocate of the O.Ps. put their respective signatures.

             Perused the case record. Petitioner filed this case as the ownership book has not been changed and RTO, though NOC filed before the competent authority.

            Petitioner filed petition to withdraw the case and he examined as P.W.-1. He categorically stated on dock that the case amicably settled outside the Forum and he is not willing to proceed with the case. He prays for withdrawal and dismissal.

             Hence it is                          ordered

That the case be and the same is withdrawn and dismissed for non-prosecution.
