Decree Holders  take no step.

On behalf of the Judgment Debtor one demand Draft bearing No. 015621 dated 07.02.2020 drawn on Bandhan Bank, Lake Chowmuhani Branch for an amount of Rs.47,549/- (Rupees Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Forty Nine)  has been submitted in the name of the President towards satisfying the decreetal amount along with interest. 

Learned Advocate appearing for the Judgment Debtor has prayed for exempting the Judgment Debtor from the liability of the instant Execution Case as the Judgment Debtor has fully satisfied the decreetal amount with interest. 

The Dealing Assistant is directed to arrange for deposit of the D.D. in the appropriate account of this Forum for collection.

The Decree Holders are at liberty to withdraw the amount by observing all formalities after the amount of the D.D. is credited into the account of this Forum.

We have gone through the D.D. and the judgment for which the instant Execution case has been filed.

We are satisfied that the Judgment Debtor has fully satisfied the decreetal amount with interest.

Hence, the instant Execution Case stands disposed of.
