          As prayed by the learned counsel for the complainant, liberty is granted to the complainant to seek redressal of his grievances before the appropriate Forum, Civil Court etc. So far as the question of limitation is concerned, the complainant can seek benefit from the case reported in “Laxmi Engineering Works Vs. P.S.G. Industrial Institute [(1995) 3 Supreme Court Cases 583]”.
