            Record Is Put Up By The Put Up Petition Filed On Behalf Of The Complainants.  One Petition Has Been Filed On Behalf Of The Complainants Praying For Withdrawal Of The Case On The Ground Stated Therein Supported By Affidavit.

            Ld. Advocate Appears For The Complainant Has Not Pressed The Petition Dated 18.10.2019, Wherein Complainants Had Prayed For Withdrawal Of The Case.  The Said Petition Stands Rejected Being Not Pressed By The Ld. Advocate Of The Complainants.

            Ld. Advocate Appearing For The Complainants And Ld. Advocate Appearing For The Opposite Parties Are Present.  Both Of Them Submit To Take Up The Petition Of This Day For Hearing As The Matter Has Settled Outside Of This Forum.

            Accordingly The Petition Dated 25.10.2019 Of The Complainants Praying For Withdrawal Of The Case Is Taken Up For Hearing.  Heard The Ld. Advocates Appearing For The Respective Parties.  Ld. Advocate Mr. Surojit Gangopadhyay Appearing For The Opposite Parties Has Clearly Endorsed On The Margin Of The Said Petition That Opposite Parties Have No Objection If The Complaint Is Withdrawn And Opposite Parties Will Not Claim Any Cost Whatsoever In This Regard.

            Having Heard Both Sides And Going Through The Materials On Record, Specially Considering The Remarks On Behalf Of The Ld. Advocate Of The Opposite Parties  Appears On The Margin Of The Prayer, This Forum Is Of The View That Prayer Of The Complainants Should Be Allowed.  Of Course It Is Categorically To Be Noted That On The Self Same Ground Complaints Will Not Be Permitted To File Fresh Case If Any, Against The Ops In Future.
