                        The complainant has made statement for withdrawal of this complaint with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate Forum having territorial jurisdiction. He has also requested for return of documents. Accordingly, the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainants to file afresh before the appropriate Forum having territorial jurisdiction, as permitted by law. The documents be returned to the complainant by retaining one set of the same.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
