Today neither complainant nor his counsel nor his any representative appeared before the Commission till 12.50 P.M. inspite of repeated calls. However in the interest of justice, file be again put up after lunch break.

                   Case called after lunch break. It is 3.50 P.M. but none bothered to appear before the Commission on behalf of complainant. On perusal of file, it has come into notice of this Commission that complainant did not appear before the Commission on the last date of hearing also wherefrom it is presumed that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. As such, we have no option except to dismiss the present complaint for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties to complaint as per rules. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
