          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.4,75,000/- towards mental torture, harassing, negligence and willful violation of TRAl rules and also to pay Rs.25,000/- as cost of the complaint.

        The complainant counsel made an endorsement.  In view of the endorsement this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
