Final Order / Judgement

             The complainant in person Sri Sarat Bora is absent today. Mr. S. K. Behara, learned counsel, for the opposite party insurance company is present. In terms of order dated 8-4-2022, the complainant in person Mr. Sarat Borah has received the cheque bearing No. 088214 dated 26-4-2022 amounting to Rs. 6,50,000/-, (Rupees six lakh fifty thousand) only as full and final settlement of the claim.

            In view of the same, this complaint stands disposed on the basis of an out of court settlement. Interim order if any, stands vacated.
