After addressing us for some time, learned Counsel appearing for the Complainant seeks leave to withdraw the Complaint with liberty to file the same before a Fora having Pecuniary Jurisdiction.

        In view of the above, we permit the Complainant to withdraw the Complaint with liberty as prayed.

        It goes without saying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the Complaint including the amount of compensation, claimed in the Complaint.

        The statutory deposit made at the time of filing of the Complaint shall be refunded to the Complainant.
