Complainant and counsel appeared. The opposite party represented through counsel. The complainant is ready to pay a bulk amount, Rs.50,000/- to the opposite party and is also ready to pay the balance amount with 6 instalments, if the opposite party is ready for a settlement, submitted by the counsel for the complainant. The counsel who represented the opposite party also agreed.
 

The complainant is directed to pay Rs.50,000/- to the opposite party within 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order. After receipt of the same the opposite party is directed to issue the OTS facility with monthly instalments for repaying the loan of the complainant not less than 5. Hence the petition closed.
