ORDER
Sri. Santhosh Kesavanath P. President
Heard both sides. Hon’ble Supreme Court of India as per order in civil appeal No.7687 of 3004 in General Manager Telecom Vs. M.Krishnan & Another stated that when there is a special remedy provided in Section 7B of Indian Telegraph Act regarding disputes in respect of telephone bills then the remedy under Consumer Protection Act is by implication barred.
In view of findings of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the above cited case we dispose this petition as not maintainable before this Fora. Petition disposed accordingly.
