                   Case called several times since morning. It is now 3.55 p.m. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 09.04.2013.  Since the filing of this complaint, the OP could not be served for want of registered AD cover and copy of complaint etc.  The perusal of the order sheet reveals that the complainant has failed to file RC cover etc. despite various adjournments.  It is also revealed that the counsel for the complainant is casually appearing in this case and for the last 2 hearings none is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for his failure to comply with the order of this District Forum and in default. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
